speeding ticket
this lawyer, dragged out my speeding ticket for more then 3 years took $350 and plus bond fees. and after came back a big loss. need to pay another $160 plus 4 points... it should of been an easy win, cop stated the speed was lower then what that the sign actually says. terrible terrible lawy...

Replied last August 02, 2018Freddie, The actual result of your hearing was that the charge was reduced from a 6 point conviction to a 4 point conviction. This reduction also had the effect of saving you $300 off the penalty payable to the state of New York because you did not have to pay the driver's responsibility assessment, which you would have had to pay with a 6 point conviction. That said, when you retained us, you were told repeatedly both verbally and in writing that in this court you will either be found guilty or not guilty. I'm sorry we didn't we win your case but for you to disparage myself and my law firm for something you knew was a possibility speaks more about you than it does about the quality of service we provide.
