Biography
My practice has specialized in the representation of individuals in security arbitration disputes involving various areas of the equity and commodity markets. In addition I have represented individuals from the preliminary/pre indictment stage through the trial process accused of various violations of the Federal and State Criminal Statutes. My legal expertise has proven to be extremely useful in assisting clients resolve various complex legal matters that arise in their professional and private lives. Finally, I serve as an arbitrator/mediator in the Alternative Dispute Program for several Self-Regulatory Organizations (i.e. FINRA, AAA) where I have adjudicated and resolved significant and complex commercial and legal matters
