I am an Executive Member of Smith Mazure Director Wilkins Young & Yagerman, P.C. Prior to joining Smith Mazure, I was Assistant General Counsel to the New York City Transit Authority. I have extensive experience in personal injury litigation, municipal liability, produts liability and the insurance industry have qualified me for an "AV" the highest rating in Martindale-Hubbell, the profession's most respected evaluation source. I was also named in 2009 to New York's "Super Lawyers". I am frequent published author on industry relevant legal issues as well as frequent lecturer to attorneys and insurance carriers alike.
