Jonathan Ratchik has spent more than 25 years doing one thing: fighting for New Yorkers who have been seriously injured due to someone else's negligence.
As a partner at Kramer, Dunleavy & Ratchik, PLLC in Manhattan, Jonathan represents clients across the full spectrum of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian knockdowns, construction accidents under New York Labor Law § 240 and § 241, premises liability, slip and fall incidents, and nursing home negligence. He has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of injured clients and their families, taking on insurance companies and large corporations that too often put profits before people.
Jonathan has been selected to the New York Super Lawyers list for six consecutive years (2020–2025), a distinction awarded to only 5% of New York attorneys and holds the AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest peer recognition in the legal profession. He is an active member of the New York City Bar Association and has lectured for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association (NYSTLA).
