Bryan helped me to purchase a business from a now former partner. The entire process would have been painful without him by my side. He helped me to negotiate with the landlord, and when my partner (now former) would try to be uncooperative, he essentially put him in his place. It is amazing how many... lawyers will represent people, while not actually representing them... Bryan absolutely brings his best to the table, and you cant argue with knowledge.
