Mr. Green of CHA is an inexperienced attorney and his services should be avoided at all costs. He was appointed to my case to represent me at an ECB/OATH hearing . I don't know if he's just inexperienced at defending against ecb violations and his real specialty is in another field. Regardless, he ...was completely inept at utilizing concrete and convincing evidence for my defense. After I tried to reach out to him several times, I found that his communication skills are severely lacking as well. This gave me the impression that he had zero concern for my case as he never followed up. This will be my first and last time I use this firm and attorney.
