Tin Nai Anne Cheng

I was the client of this attorney in foreclosure proceeding, trying to do loan modification. It almost costed me an apartment. She failed to notify me that the Bank needed one more form, because of that they refused to adjourn the sale of the apartment. She never let me know what other options, besi...des of loan modification, are available for me. She never notified me that the Bank attny is going to increase the fees, as they did, increasing them from 4,700 to 9,900. When I asked Ms. Cheng for explanation, she simply stopped responding me at all. I was begging her for sake of my 2-years old son to help me, she never responded. If I would sit and wait for her to act, me and my child would be already on the street left with sorrows that we ever addressed to this attorney. Very unprofessional and non ethical.
