Biography
Sean J. Rosenthal joined the finance group of the corporate department in 2015. Prior to joining the firm, Sean worked in John Hancock’s Office of Global Compliance to promote compliance with financial regulations. He also worked at the Atlantic Legal Foundation to help to research and draft amicus briefs for various Supreme Court and other court cases.
During law school, Sean served as an editor of the Review of Banking and Financial Law and as the President of the Federalist Society, and he competed in three moot court competitions.
