Biography
Prem Amarnani represents investment advisers and other financial institutions in connection with the structuring, launching and ongoing operations of private investment funds and managed accounts. Mr. Amarnani also has extensive experience advising clients on a variety of general corporate and transactional matters, including with respect to acquisitions and divestitures of privately held companies.
Prior to joining Skadden, Mr. Amarnani was a member of the private funds practice and the mergers and acquisitions practice of a large international law firm. Mr. Amarnani also has significant experience with the in-house legal team of a large global alternative asset manager.
