I have had Jon help me with a variety of legal matters related to a new start up. He has been on retainer since our inception, and I am glad he has a reasonable monthly rate, because there are always unforeseen legal issues to consider almost every week: anything from how and where to incorporate o...ur business to blogger contracts to our cookie policy. All need focus and a versatile lawyer. I admit I was worried he would have too many clients and might not get the immediate response I wanted, but he has been excellent in this regard. I can't think of an instance where he did not respond within a few hours even if just to let me know he was on it. Paperwork is often stuck on OUR end, not his. I recommend him with enthusiasm.
