Terrible experience with EB1 visa, especially with Ms. Dina Corigliano & Mr. Ankit Saggi. The sales pitch from these lawyers over the consultation call is that recommendation letters on official letterheads matters the most (they do not). Before you pay the money ($5000 for the initial deposit), they... tell you lots of things qualify (like scholarships, teaching assistant roles, publications about projects you have led, etc). In reality, none of these things are accepted by USCIS. This firm sells you saying that they have found "gray area" and know how to frame your case to get it approved. The documents they draft are full of typos. After my reject, they did not even bother contacting me to notify me. Highly recommend staying far away from this firm and not keeping false hopes. Especially in times like these, when immigration is so tough and there are barely any options left for a green card, don't get false hope based on what these lawyers say & waste precious time chasing after EB1 when your profile is not qualified. Make a post on reddit on your profile and trust strangers over this registered firm.

I was recommended by a friend to meet with Dina Corigliano. She was wonderful in the meeting and made me very hopeful. Then after signing to process a visa with them and paying the first half, she stopped replying to emails and became really hard to reach. A few weeks after she said she was going to ...have a partner in the firm do my application instead. I thought that was okay because she spoke very highly of him. Then this person became unresponsive and passed my case to a third person, who turned out to be the worst lawyer I've met in my life. He took forever to do anything and still made me do most of the work myself. The reference letter samples he "wrote" for me were full of typos and unbelievable grammatical errors. English is not my first language but even I can write considerably better than what I got. I ended up being denied, wasting a year of my life believing in this guy, and losing my money. I later showed the application to a different immigration lawyer and they were outraged by how bad it was. So in summary, run away. Don't give your money to these people. They do not care and their services are just bad.
