Poor communication. After 6 weeks called to find out status of my case. Ms Alexander said had papers on her desk in front of her and were going to be sent out. Two weeks later still no papers. Sent 2 faxes to her and all three partners asking for refund of my $2000 retainer. She said she was going on... vacation and would have to wait till she returned. Got a response from Mr Scuderi. Called Mr. Scuderi for 5 days left voice mails. He return my call the following week saying he was waiting for Ms alexander to return from vacation. Told him he could have had his secretary call and tell me that. I asked if he received my 2 faxes he said he only got one. I said "so you don't get any communications via fax from clients?" he stated "They go into a file." They were going to charge me 3 hours @ $250 per hour for work done. I said what work? She said to prepare the papers, that I never received and take not 5 minutes to insert names to a document, research, of which I gave her all pertinent information, phone calls I made to her to ask the status of my case and "I had to pay to find out the status of my case!" She never called me until I requested the refund. It was agreed by Mr. Scuderi to deduct 1 hour plus a partial hour. It is now more than 4 weeks since that phone conversation and still no papers or refund. Have sent 2 faxes stating still no refund. I believe that I will never see either.

Landlord wanted to evict us stating we owed him 2 months rent since 2009-2010. Place was in need of repairs also. David came to the rescue with counterclaims also on our behalf. we did'nt have to lift a finger.He took care of everything. He is also knowledgeable and always respond to emails.Thanks Da...vid
