He took on our case against a pharmaceuticals corp. We were told we had a great case. We had little to no contact from him for years. We are urged to settle our claim for a pittance when we really wanted our day in court. Unable to understand what had changed I looked up how his cases were progressin...g. He has had multiple cases (like ours) dismissed with prejudice because the correct paperwork wasn't filed in time. Even worse - he led the court to believe the paperwork was available when it hadn't even been initiated. His clients were in the dark about the requirements and time frames. We have a case identical to those. He is now hoping we settle so that he doesn't spend more $$ to go to court and get admonished once again by the presiding judge for his deception and sloppy legal work. We had a great case. Now we have nothing.
