I have an immigration car going in right now and retained Murial and she ignored texts, did not guide my husband and I in the right direction. She let his case get denied and when I asked for updates she was totally unaware when we already received a denial letter. When I agreed for a refund she was ...rude, dating BYE, good luck with your new lawyer, do what you have to, etc. She quickly took the money but did no work. The new lawyer we hired told us where the mix up was, guided us in the right direction and is in contact.

I called her directly on her cell phone and she did not answer. She texted me that she would call me back, but instead I made an appointment to call her the next day. We spoke the next day and I explained my situation and she said she would send me an email explaining what documents I would need for ...her initial appointment. I never received the email because I provided her with an email address that ended in .con instead of .com and she simply clicked on my email and hit send. I would've felt better if she had seen the error being that the process we were about to embark would require that we hire a lawyer who is very detailed. In any event, I had to reach back out to her to get the list of documents that we needed and she took a snapshot of her email and texted that to me instead. I made an appointment to see her. Both my husband and I requested the day off from work for this appointment. The day prior to the appointment at 11:27am she texted me to confirm our appointment. Then on the same day at 6:25pm she texted me asking to change the appointment at which time I told her that I simply could not. She sent me a text thinking it was someone else saying "She says she won't change it," and then immediately apologized and said she would see me tomorrow. Then, at 6:27pm she sends me a text saying, "I'm sorry. I can't represent you. I don't feel like we are a fit. I don't know how to explain it, but I can't represent you. Wish you the best." I never replied to her because I felt that was very unprofessional.

She handled my immigration case very poorly. I was never told what process I was doing, she took my payment and never reached out to me. Whenever I would call to speak to her she never answered. When I decided to hire another attorney she refused to hand me any of my papers. I would never recommend h...er she is a waste of money.

My family paid this woman $3000 for my son's immigration case with the agreement that this payment is complete and we would not incur any additional costs. She was very quick to take the check, she never answered or returned any of our calls for more than two months. Finally, she answered the phone w...hen we called from a completely number, she apologized and said she would need an $1500 to finish the job. Beware.
