Seth David Schraier

My experience with Seth is that he is a very knowledgeable and down to earth attorney. Very responsive to say the least! Due to Seth's expertise, I had an impressively short custody battle. As a father in the family court, I had very little confidence in gaining custody. Seth reassured me that I ...had a strong case. Seth is an honest attorney who works hard for his clients--he was very precise and detailed in spotting out some not so obvious inconsistencies in my child support case. I’m sure that Seth will ensure the best possible outcome to any type of litigation within the family courts--with the child/children in mind as the priority. Highly recommended!

Mr. Schraier is an amazing lawyer who helped me in my Custody/Visitation court case proceedings and I have say he did such a great job, he kept me in the loop, I was able to communicate to him about things that was happening throughout the case, We had one on one conversations about important ideas o...n what actions/steps I needed take to better my chances in court and he was there to give good advice. All in all I will say Mr. Schraier is a great lawyer, a really nice person and I couldn’t have ask for a better representative to help me win my case.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr Schraier and continue to do so almost a year out from our case. Our case was unfortunately extended in its time frame because of the other party but he still maintained a wonderful amount of patience and courtesy. Im a naturally anxious person and would email him ...at least once a day and he would always answer my emails respectfully kindly and patiently by the next morning. He has an amazing amount of knowledge and I felt well represented and safe during our case. Even now 8 months since our case that ended in my favor he still replies to my emails if I need guidance or am unaware of a topic in regards to the order of protection I was granted and always has time to answer any of my questions.
