Brittney is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Upon graduation, Brittney served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Arthur Diamond in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, where she assisted in drafting decisions and orders. Prior to forming The Sobel Firm, Brittney worked for a preeminent matrimonial firm in Manhattan, handling high net worth divorces.
