Raquel Joy Greenberg

Raquel Greenberg Esq. Raquel J. Greenberg joined Greenberg Law P.C. as a law school intern in 2011, and as an associate in 2014. Raquel graduated Magna Cum Laude, with a double major in History and Women’s Studies, from Brandeis University in 2010. She then graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2013. Raquel brings with her a charismatic and caring personality, an aptitude for oral argument, and strong legal writing skills. In 2013, Raquel was one of six law students selected for publication in the Cardozo Law School’s Journal of Law and Gender. In her short time as a member of the New York State Bar, she has written a number of successful appellate briefs, and presented winning arguments in the Appellate Division. She has brought numerous cases to conclusion, by settlement, through mediation, and by verdict. In one such successful case, Raquel won a $180,000 verdict for our client, a pedestrian knocked to the ground by an oncoming vehicle. Raquel is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the Jewish Lawyers Guild. She was selected as a member of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law mentor’s program, where she advises law students on forming successful legal careers while in school and then post-graduation.
