Biography
I am a lawyer specializing in criminal defense work in Federal and state courts. I represent people in all types of criminal matters including government investigations, extradition matters, cases before grand juries, jury and bench trials and appeals.
Since my time as a prosecutor working as an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan I have handled a wide variety of cases, with charges including narcotics conspiracy and murder, money laundering and Medicare fraud.
I have won numerous jury trials in different jurisdictions and appeals before the Second Circuit Courtof Appeals and the Appellate Division First Department.
In addition, I am experienced in certain types of commercial transactional work, especially in oil and gas deals (where I also have experience as an investor and participant).
I am ready to to provide clients with experienced, honest and effective advice and representation.
