2019/2020 Objective: Encourage all adults in New York State to have a power of attorney, health care proxy and living will. In the age of terrorism, gun violence and motor vehicle accidents, it just makes sense to have these documents in place.  

With a B.A. in economics, I worked in the finance industry since college and continued after law school. However, after the September 11th tragedy, I radically changed course and decided to devote my time to public service. The new path I created for myself led me to mediation, arbitration, guardianship and public interest law, all of which broadened my skill set. I am a big picture thinker and understand how entity structure, real estate holdings, estate planning and the tax code overlap to either work for or against you.

Author of a popular legal form document that guides practitioners with officiating responsibilities, I am available to personally officiate for your next will. Home, office, nursing home and hospital visits available at a reasonable rate. 

Since 2005, I have served the New York County Civil Court as Guardian ad Litem of disabled adults, so I displayed a "not accepting cases" banner on avvo and made no effort to solicit reviews or new business. This profile is being updated with a 2020 launch date in mind.
