Sagar K. Shah

Sagar Shah is an experienced trial attorney whose practice focuses on representing employees who have been subjected to unlawful harassment, discrimination or retaliation throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Shah prides himself on advocating for individuals when they have lost their livelihood or suffered as a result of unlawful conduct at work. Mr. Shah started his career defending companies who were being sued, but for more than a decade, Mr. Shah has shifted his focus and is dedicated to representing individuals who have been harmed.
