Have worked on over 40 proposed business combination transactions in the electric and gas utility industry, including approximately 15 in which the parties reached a definitive agreement.

Broad practice experience in the areas of corporate law, corporte governance, corporate finance, contracts, as well as securities law.

Experience in project development, project finance and public-private partnerships in energy (both fossil fuel and renewables) and transportation (toll roads, ports, light rail), as well as the purhase and sale of projects. Clients have included engineering and construction companies, as well as developers and infrastructure-focused private equity funds.
