I was being helped by Peter Jensen regarding to my Artist Visa. I was originally planning for an O-2 visa but things suddenly changed, and he and his staff were very patient but quick and accurate about changing my documents to O-1 visa. They knew what I needed to get my visa, and informed me with cl...ear oral explanation and paper document. They seemed to be perfect, and all we needed to add was things from my side and a luck. The result was fantastic. After sending my documents, visa was approved in 15 days as USCIS announced, and lawfirm staff would continuously announce me with the process and the result. I have not found anything to complain, which is very rare to find when working with people that I have no experience of working together. That could mean they are very close to being perfect. Two thumbs up.

I am not surprised to read the previous reviews, i've learned that people can have dramatically different experiences with lawyers. I just obtained my greencard with peter and the process was smooth and painless. I got it 5 months earlier than expected. A colleague of mine is using him as well and he...r process is taking for ever, though i believe this is not peter's fault, but how the system sometimes work. I had other lawyers before, including one that served many celebrities and was totally useless to me. After him another lawyer that would write applications in such way that they would be audited, tgus delaying the whole process. Peter carefully studied my case and also corrected his predecessors mistkes. I am very pleaaed with the reaults. This said, i recommend you to be on his case, as you would be with any lawyer, just to make sure papers do not stay sitting not even one minute. Good luck to all.
