Erin, the client service manager, really shined in her role in providing guidance on certain types of matters, including on various paperwork that needed completion. She explained everything with real care, attentiveness and clarity. She is most helpful and very timely with her responses. It was a joy to work with her and I had a very positive experience. Laurie Gu, another attorney at Peter’s firm, provided additional support on certain occasions. She was fully engaged in the details concerning my case, and liaised very closely with Peter. She took a very warm and attentive approach when working with me, and I enjoyed working with her too. I appreciate that like myself, many of us have to obtain a form of a US visa because we simply need it for our various personal and family situations. The process can be lengthy and complex, and you certainly don’t want your case to be declined.
