I was recommended to Peter’s law firm by my best friend, who had her H1B paperworks prepared by Peter and his associate, Erin, and got her H1B approved the same year. I was working as a freelancer and my line of work mostly stays within the creative department so O-1 visa was a more appropriate optio...n for me. Before going to Peter’s, I reached out to 4 different law firms that are well-known for their high successful rate of O-1 visa obtainment and was rejected by all 4 of them. Keep in mind that O-1 is one of the most difficult visa categories to obtain, unless you’re famous actors/singers/artists that have multiple winning awards and publications. Peter gave me a step-by-step instruction to meet all the requirements for the O-1, which includes all the mitigations of staying within status to make sure my application get approved safe and sound without any scrutinies. It took me a whole year to gather all necessary documents. They sent out my application on the 7th of December and I got the notice of approval on Dec 15th, a week from the sending date. I’m very grateful for Peter and Erin’s helps during this whole process. They were very attentive to any issues that I had concerns about and made it less painful for me.
