Many of us who have gone through the process of obtaining a Visa, whether you are the petitioner of petitionee, understand what a grueling process this is. After months of research and several lawyer interviews, we decided to select Jensen & Jensen as our attorney. I am a business man and young... entrepreneur. I am also very straight forward and a no bullsh*t type of individual. My first meeting with Peter, I soon realized he was the same way. I had issues with my TN work authorization and wasn't sure if I would be allowed to continue to stay in the US. I talked to 3 lawyers, two of whom had pessimistic outlooks. Peter suggested a strategy for reapplying for a TN and like he predicted, I got my TN successfully renewed for 3 years. But I...'m not writing just because of a successful result. I'm writing because during the TN application preparation, I would become anxious and Peter was very patient and kind, answering my myriad questions either in person or on the phone. I am not surprised to read the previous reviews, i've learned that people can have dramatically different experiences with lawyers. I just obtained my greencard with peter and the process was smooth and painless. I got it 5 months earlier than expected. A colleague of mine is using him as well and he...r process is taking for ever, though i believe this is not peter's fault, but how the system sometimes work. I had other lawyers before, including one that served many celebrities and was totally useless to me. After him another lawyer that would write applications in such way that they would be audited, tgus delaying the whole process. Peter carefully studied my case and also corrected his predecessors mistkes. I am very pleaaed with the reaults. This said, i recommend you to be on his case, as you would be with any lawyer, just to make sure papers do not stay sitting not even one minute. Good luck to all.
