Peter has been my immigration lawyer since 2006. He handled 4 of my H1B and green card applications. There were some bumps here and there, but overall my cases went pretty smoothly. Like many lawyers in NYC, Peter is VERY busy, so it’s quite difficult to reach him unless if you make an appointment wi...th him. His paralegals are actually the ones that works on all the cases, and he'll do the final review. Some paralegals that I’ve worked with are more responsive than others, but usually they'll respond within 1-2 business days. They’re usually quite on top of your case and knowledgeable. Since I hired Peter for my past 4 H1Bs and have pretty good experience with his firm overall, I decided to hire him again to work on my Green Card application. He appointed his lawyer Laurie Gu to work on my case. She is extremely knowledgeable and super super friendly. Because of the furlough in 2013 and my H1B expiring date approaching, I was very nervous. She helped me along the way and I couldn't be more thankful!

I 've used Peter's company as attorney for my labor and immigration matter for past years. Although sometimes they were too busy to respond right away, Peter, his assistants and other lawyers made sure you have your case processed and updated. Mr Peter Jensen helped me for H-1B and Green card( EB2) applications and both got approved, there were many detail works involved in these applications, I called him and sometimes his Flushing office many times for the process, and got responses pretty fast. Even after my cases got approved, sometime...s I still asked him some questions related to immigration issue and still got answers.
