Peter Torben Jensen

Many of us who have gone through the process of obtaining a Visa, whether you are the petitioner of petitionee, understand what a grueling process this is. After months of research and several lawyer interviews, we decided to select Jensen & Jensen as our attorney. I am a business man and young... entrepreneur. I am also very straight forward and a no bullsh*t type of individual. My first meeting with Peter, I soon realized he was the same way. Peter was able to answer my questions in a clear and concise manner. He was able to read my distress and offered guidance with options on how to best maneuver through this process. Peter was very well informed and showed a confidence which allowed me to immediately trust him. You should all know, I had not paid Peter any monies yet. All I knew was that this is the type of person I would like to put my trust in about a future employee who I truly valued. After hiring Jensen & Jensen, we worked directly with Erin Yang & Laurie Gu. Peter was available for meetings and questions as requested. Although, most of my contact was with these two. FYI, I'm the type of individual who constantly has questions. I require knowledge and answers when needed, in order to anticipate the what may or may not come. Some may find it annoying, but I need to understand to make the best decisions. This could also be perceived as hand holding. Well....Laurie and Erin held my hand and were absolutely amazing about it. They walked me through the process explaining each step of the way. They answered all new questions without hesitation. And they also accommodated my meeting requests. Their professionalism is stellar. Their attention to my needs are unwavering. And their knowledge and expertise is abundant. I am truly happy with the service I received from Team Jensen. I have an approved Visa. And most importantly, I have the person I want sitting right next to me who I couldn't imagine building my business without. The end.

I had issues with my TN work authorization and wasn't sure if I would be allowed to continue to stay in the US. I talked to 3 lawyers, two of whom had pessimistic outlooks. Peter suggested a strategy for reapplying for a TN and like he predicted, I got my TN successfully renewed for 3 years. But I...'m not writing just because of a successful result. I'm writing because during the TN application preparation, I would become anxious and Peter was very patient and kind, answering my myriad questions either in person or on the phone. His experience and gentle demeanor were very reassuring during a time of uncertainty for me. Thanks, Peter.

I am very happy with Jensen Jensen. I recommend Ms Laurie she is patient and knowledgable .She helped me out when my h1b and H14 got complicated. She worked efficiently in a short amount of time, accepting suggestions , handing out my application. I received my approved just between a few days wit...h premium process.
