On the immigration side, I work with entrepreneurs, artists, and professionals on O-1 visas (extraordinary ability), employment-based petitions, adjustment of status, and naturalization. I work extensively with Russian-speaking clients and am fully fluent in Russian.

My background is unusual for a transactional attorney: corporate legal experience at a tech startup, a Moscow law degree, an LL.M. from Brooklyn Law School, and earlier litigation training. I read contracts the way a litigator does — always asking what could go wrong — and explain them the way a business lawyer does: clearly, without jargon.
