Biography
Michelle concentrates her practice in areas of Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, and Elder Law. Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies at New York City College of Technology. She worked as a paralegal for four years before earning her law degree at SUNY Buffalo Law School. While in law school, Michelle served as Treasurer of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Associate (APALSA) and volunteered at New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) to provide indigent clients with end-of-life planning. Michelle graduated law school cum laude and was the recipient of the 2015 Judge William J. Regan Award for demonstrating great proficiency in estates and surrogate’s law.
