Poor Case Managment!!! Absolutely terrible Representation. Please do not let this so called firm represent you. Dont learn the hard way. Find someone reputable. Take my advice. Choosing them to represent me was a big mistake . I will not recommend this firm to anyone. Mr Becker ''A so called Lawyer... knew nothing about my case EVERYTIME I CALLED HIM. I had to research my own case. As for important documents that he was suppose to find and research, he was uncapable of doing in a proffesional manner on his own. I had to find the documents on my own, research the information that would have helped my case, as well as important phone calls regarding important documents. Last time i checked i hired him and i wasnt part of the firm. I dont know how he passed the bar exam. I lost over $15,000.00 dealing with him. The firm he works under BECKER & D'AGOSTINO did nothing to insure that FIRM's service REMAINED SATISFACTORY . I was always given the run around about my case, phone calls were never returned in a timely fashion as most clients like to know what is happening with their case. My case was sabotaged by Mr Becker POOR REPRESENTATION AND CASE MANAGMENT. Poor Poor Poor REPRESENTATION. It is now Christmas and though my case has been setteled he notified me that i am now getting less than what the court agreed upon. How does a Lawyer let that happen ????? This would not have happened if Mr Becker was doing his job . He is not Aggressive, and timely.
