Meredith Meagan Mazzola

I am a partner in the Tax and Employee Benefits and Private Client Practice Groups.  I handle a wide range of Federal, state and International tax matters for a variety of clients from multinational corporations to individuals.  My experience includes corporate reorganizations, interpretation of 409A and general ERISA matters, and partnership taxation.  I advise clients on a number of international tax matters including inbound and outbound tax planning for expatriates, issues relating to controlled foreign corporations, permanent establishment, and treaty benefits.  I also have experience in estate and gift tax planning for resident and non-resident aliens, including using advance estate planning tools such as intentionally defective grantor trusts.
