I have maintained a diverse and sophisticated real estate practice representing private and institutional clients in all aspects of real estate acquisition, ownership and development. I represent corporations and other business entities in a wide variety of business transactions and activities.  I regularly assist clients in the organization, reorganization and reformation of partnerships, joint ventures, corporations, limited liability companies and other investment vehicles used in commercial ventures.  I have represented individual investors in connection  with business disputes arising from the administration or business activities of these entities.

I have provided comprehensive legal and business supervisory services to domestic and foreign investors in real estate located throughout the U.S.

I have substantial experience in a variety of private, institutional and governmental financing transactions both related and unrelated to real estate transactions.  I have extensively represented borrowers and lenders in mortgage loan and other financing transactions and have been the partner responsible for the representation of two national  banking institutions in connection with their real estate loans and related transactions.
