Margaret B. Sandercock

Margaret Sandercock won a landmark case for me in the NY Court of Appeals in Albany. That court only hears about 4% of the cases presented to it, so that in itself was noteworthy. My case was a Loft Law case, and her win was a huge win for tenants throughout the city. Getting to that case was a very ...long road, as we lost in Brooklyn Supreme Court, and Appeals Court. But Ms. Sandercock was tenacious. She conitnued to have strategies for every move. She thinks clearly, writes beautifully, and is upfront about all aspects. She also bills fairly, and clearly.
