I am a seasoned litigator practicing securities, complex commercial and employment litigation in both New York state and federal court, as well as in arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), with victories achieved in all three realms. Over my eleven years of practice, I have become adept at handling a large caseload, and am well-practiced in the art of diplomatically dealing with clients, the courts, and even opposing counsel.
