John Ellsworth Rogers

I am an international finance and corporate lawyer with experience in direct foreign investment, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, bank lending, project finance, debt restructurings and workouits, private equity, enforcement of foreign judgments and foreign bankruptcy cases.  My primary regional focus is on Latin America.  I lived and worked in Mexico City as a foreign legal consultant for 19 years.  I worked in-house at Bank of America in New York and Mexico City for 8 years, established the first branch office in Mexico of a U.S. law firm, was the partner in charge of the Mexico City office of Strasburger & Price and established the firm's New York office in 2007.
