At Gibney, I am responsible for overseeing the implementation of employment based immigration programs of institutional clients, with particular emphasis on transfers between the U.S. and the U.K. I assist corporate and individual clients in obtaining immigrant and nonimmigrant visas (based upon employment or familial relationships) and provide advice on nationality issues (including the acquisition and retention of United States citizenship). I have practiced at our associated firm of Magrath LLP in London, where I was responsible for U.K. work permit and residency matters.
