Azrin has more than 20 years experience representing companies and individuals in business disputes and litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, franchising, trademarks, trade secrets, non-competition agreements, defamation, license agreements, and employment law matters.  Mr. Azrin has tried many cases to jury verdict, and has handled numerous cases through trial, arbitration or appeal.
