Obnoxious, condescending, arrogant and has the nerve to say on his website that he doesn't need to TRY to prove he is the smartest guy in the room. He is ridiculous. Threw the documents at each person at the table; told the title co-ordinator he was the "copy boy." Made major mistakes on the closing ...statement. Just the wort.

Daniel is a real pro. He is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is professional, easily understandable and leaves you with a high degree of confidence. He responded quickly at most any hour and was our advocate in a contentious situation with the seller.. He handled it firmly, calml...y and ultimately to our benefit. At closing, he was well prepared and clearly running the show. It was thorough, but quick and seamless. Would use again.
