Bruce Mason Feffer

Bruce Feffer has more than thirty years' experience as a lawyer in New York City. He mainly assists companies and individuals with real estate and general business matters. Mr. Feffer has court admissions in New York State, and the Southern & Eastern Districts of Federal District Court. 

He has represented clients in the purchase and sale of many types of commercial and residential properties, including office buildings, warehouses, factories, multiple dwellings, private homes, co-op's and condominiums. He assists companies in all types of transactions and contracts. He has also represented cooperative and condominium Boards in New York City.

Mr. Feffer has built a substantial network of clients and contacts throughout the Asian American community and in Asia. His understanding of Asian culture and business methods, combined with his experience as an American lawyer, gives him the ability to effectively assist overseas clients doing business in the United States, as well as American clients working in Asia.

Bruce Feffer currently serves on the Board of Directors of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America), is a licensed real estate broker, and in 2014 received the "Agent of Change" Award from AAFE (Asian Americans for Equality). He has done pro bono education work presenting seminars for many organizations such as the American Chinese Real Estate Society. 

Mr. Feffer is also a Professional Member of CNYCC (Council of New York Cooperatives and Condominiums) and has been published in the New York Law Journal.  His public service and pro bono work earned him a Certificate of Appreciation from the New York County Lawyers Association.
