I work as a digital media, entertainment and intellectual property attorney in New York City, with a practice focusing on technology related matters. I also represent a variety of entertainment and digital media clients as a technologist and business consultant.
 
I frequently negotiate and draft the following types of agreements or documents: (1) online content and intellectual property license agreements; (2) software and website development and hosting agreements; (3) production and publishing agreements; (4) sponsorship and marketing agreements; (5) consulting and service agreements; (6) service level and support agreements; (7) confidentiality and non-compete agreements; (8) operating, partnership and joint-venture agreements; (9) employment agreements; and (10) website terms of use and privacy policies.

I also advise clients during the selection, clearance, development and prosecution of their U.S. copyrights and trademarks, as well as their international trademarks under the Madrid Protocol. I have represented clients in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and in other cases involving trademark claims in Federal Court and in UDRP proceedings for domain name disputes, and drafts cease and desist letters in connection therewith.
