Biography
Mr. Braginsky is Chair of the intellectual property department at Sills Cummis and Gross, PC. His professional focus is as a counselor on litigation, patent procurement and value creation through IP in the life sciences, personal care and financial industries.
A friend and strategic business advisor to academic and business leaders, he has been responsible for the creation and success of numerous technologies and business ventures. Mr. Braginsky has founded several technology and life science companies, sits on the boards of various for-profit and not-for-profit ventures, and is actively engaged in formulating intellectual asset strategies for many public and private technology focused companies.
Prior to joining Sills Cummis, Mr. Braginsky was Counsel at Scully Scott Murphy and Presser, and had started and managed the intellectual property practice of a New York general practice firm. Mr. Braginsky also founded and served as President of Flow Science, Inc., co-founded and is a Director of the Double D Venture Fund and is the Chairman of the Board of the Lymphatic Research Foundation.
Mr. Braginsky graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Cardozo School of Law, and attended Queens College for physics.
