Loren Oakley

My fiance and I worked with Mr. Oakley for 2 months before hiring another attorney. During his time on the case Mr. Oakley failed repeatedly to respond or return to calls, emails, or letters from not only us, but the ACLU as well. There was no attempt to provide a conscientious, ardent, quality r...epresentation. We both felt that the courage, devotion, and drive to be an effective counsel in our case was lacking. The time was never taken to attempt to establish any type of relationship or keep us informed of any progress. He was apparently too busy to find out if there may have been relevant facts that where not included in the police report or to our knowledge conduct an investigation. In 2 full months he spent approximately 10 mins (in 5 min intervals) discussing the case outside of the courtroom. While I understand Mr. Oakley is a busy man with a heavy caseload, as an attorney he needs to make sure that he has sufficient time, resources, and knowledge before accepting a new case.
