Sasson Gur Marcus

Sasson G. Marcus regularly handles secured lending transactions and general corporate matters.

Sasson is a seasoned corporate attorney with experience negotiating and drafting loan documents for broadly syndicated, upper middle market and traditional middle market loans. He also assists clients in loan restructuring matters.

His practice centers on coordinating and managing transactions and advising clients on deal structure, strategy and risks in both domestic and cross-border credit facilities. Sasson has represented major lenders, sponsors and borrowers in the acquisition finance, refinancing and exit and DIP financing contexts with respect to both EBITDA-based and asset-based loans.

Sasson also has experience handling a wide variety of general corporate matters, including negotiating and drafting licensing, employment, acquisition, distribution, partnership, operating, joint venture, service, marketing and consulting agreements on behalf of technology, consumer product and public benefit companies. He counsels senior executives on a broad range of agreements and ventures, including legal issues and risks, regulatory matters and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Olshan, Sasson was general counsel at Geoscitech PBC. He started his legal career with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
