I am a commercial litigation attorney with 14 years of experience finding business-minded solutions to clients' varied legal problems, ranging from real estate and land use disputes--representing coop and condo boards, developers and shareholders alike--to breach of contract and related commercial tort claims--representing fund managers, banks and other secured lenders. I am a former law clerk to the Hon. Janet C. Hall, United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut.
I am an active member of the U.S. State Department Hague Convention Attorney Network, prosecuting pro bono petitions for foreign parents of abducted children.
I am also an active member of the Holy Cross Lawyers Assocation.
