Nolan Edward Shanahan

I concentrate my practice in general and complex commercial litigation in the State and Federal Courts of New York. I represent clients from various industries in a broad array of commercial disputes, including disputes arising from construction projects, financing transactions, commercial foreclosure of property and equipment, shareholder/partnership conflicts, and bankruptcy litigation. I have also counseled and assisted clients in connection with probate litigation and guardianship issues.
