Joe has substantial experience litigating a wide range of complex commercial disputes. Following a five-day jury trial in Los Angeles Superior Court in January 2024, Joe secured a favorable verdict on behalf of a global tourism company against a competitor’s multimillion-dollar unfair competition and contract interference claims.
