Jordan Brandt

Mr. Brandt has experience in corporate and transactional work includingtri-partite contracts, shareholder agreements, bylaws, and otherrelated documents pertaining to the startup of corporations, bothinside and outside of China. He has advised international and domesticclients on financial matters involving cross-border securitiestransactions, importing and exporting of goods, and the development ofinsurance companies within China.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Brandt clerked for a prestigiousBeijing law firm, where he handled complex transactional issuesinvolving choice of law conflicts, participated in commercialcontractual disputes and advised a major Chinese railroad company onits exportation of railroad cars to South America. He has alsorepresented Chinese state oil companies on outbound oil and gasinvestments and risk management matters.

Mr. Brandt is fluent in Mandarin and has a basic working knowledge of the Shanghai dialect.
