Jonathan M. Sabin

Jonathan M. Sabin is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation practice group.  Mr. Sabin has a broad-based practice focused on complex commercial, financial services and intellectual property litigation before both state and federal courts. He is experienced in all aspects of litigation including motion practice, discovery, depositions and appeals. His previous engagements include representing a bank trustee as plaintiff in residential mortgage-backed securities breach of contract actions, work for a major financial institution in class action litigation and representation of the City of New York against multi-million dollar tort claims.  

Prior to joining Kane Kessler, P.C., Mr. Sabin was a litigation associate in the New York office of an international law firm and subsequently at a litigation boutique specializing in the trial of complex commercial cases. During law school, he was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Law and Policy. Before entering law school, Mr. Sabin obtained a masters in journalism from New York University and worked as a freelance writer for New York magazine, Details, Fast Company, and other publications.
