Claudia Beatriz Dubon

As a corporate attorney at Olshan, Claudia B. Dubón participates in various commercial transactions and securities matters.

Claudia represents both publicly traded and privately held companies, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase and stock purchase transactions, private equity portfolio company transactions, securities offerings and corporate governance. Claudia regularly advises public company clients regarding their SEC reporting and other public company obligations, including the preparation and filing of Exchange Act reports. She also has general corporate experience, including the negotiation and drafting of stockholder and limited liability company agreements and other commercial agreements.

In addition, Claudia assists clients in the food, drug and cosmetic industry with commercial agreements, including licensing, co-development, marketing, distribution and promotion agreements.

Claudia came to work for Olshan as a summer associate in 2012 and received her A.B. in Romance Languages and Hispanic Literature from Harvard University, and her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law.

Claudia is a native Spanish speaker.
