I am a business venture law attorney representing, existing and emerging businesses, startups, entrepreneurs and creative artists in the technology, digital media, entertainment and real estate industries.  My firm provides business formation, capital structuring, Intellectual property advising, asset protection, property sales and acquisitions and general business counsel services.  

My office is located in the heart of Manhattan but, we provide legal representation to clients in the greater New York City Metropolitan areas including Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange and Dutchess Counties.
